Perfugium ex Astrologus (Astrologers Asylum) Ranking

Head Magus Olam of Bonisagus - Perfugium ex Astrologus - (Rank 9)
He is the current head of the covenant. He is very old, he appears to be in his late sixties. He has a terrible cough and is slow to get up from his chair. He has been witnessed to have sudden angry outburst. He is very secretive of members and their positions. The presence of the Order and the Church has caused him much grief in the past six years. The Order has used almost all their weight to try and break the Perfugium ex Astrologus. He was once social, friendly and eager to teach and learn from the visiting magi, but since the Quaesitors appearance he has become closed and frequently hides in his laboratory for months at a time. The society has had to go else ware to seek out their studies.

Resident Magi Eleanor of Veritius - Perfugium ex Astrologus - (Rank 6)
She is currently residing at the covenant for extensive studies. She has been working on an astrolabe that will automatically set itself. She has full backing of the society. She is quiet and reserved, but she has sudden burst of excitement. She uses magical foci to cast spells. She is about 60 but appears to be 33. She has also felt the burden of the Orders prying eyes. Her project was delayed for almost two years due to some supposed illegal dealings she had with some non Order magi.

Resident Magi Teyla of Merinita - Perfugium ex Astrologus - (Rank 4)
She is here to study the positions of the stars in relation to faerie regios and gates to arcadia. With the assistance of Eleanor she has developed an astrolabe that assists her in locating faerie regios. The device only seems to be able to locate regios that have needed help or are fading. The Device seems to be blocked by divine auras. She has spent many seasons trying to find a way to remedy this.

Companions: Dras - Friend who has the gift. Has a heart-beast of a bear.

Visiting Magi Katia of Merinita - Perfugium ex Astrologus - (Rank 2)
She spent most of her apprenticeship under the study of Teyla while living at the covenant. She learned the basics of her magical arts with the assistance of astrology. She has a knack for working magical devices, Imaginem, and causing trouble. She has not passed her Gauntlet and has managed to avoid the eyes of the Order due to her skills with Imaginem and the protection of the society.

Visiting Magi Miercain Corello of Bonisagus - Perfugium ex Astrologus - (Rank 4)
He is a vain young man who has had early success through his Libri Quastionum on the absurdity of Astrology. He is well respected by many in the Order and many scholars. His paren Calixus has written many text on this subject as well. His reputation began to decline after his visit 40 years ago to this covenant. Miercain has followed in his fathers footsteps and began a tour of Covenants across Europe to prove the usefulness of astrology in Ritual castings.

Companions: Georgio - Guard and scholar. Known for spending most of his time carousing.

Visiting Magi Matthew Ex Miscellanea - Perfugium ex Astrologus - (Rank 5)
He is a frequent visitor to the observatory. His studies involve using astrology and astronomy to assist in contacting and control spirits. He has developed numerous casting circles and protection rings using precise astrological calculations in ritualistic castings.

Igmar - Friend of Hagart - Killed by Hagart while they were drinking.
Alexander - Son of Igmar - Killed by Hagart while trying to defend his father.
Clara - Wife of Igmar - Housemaid to Hagard.
Abigail - Lab helper - Matthews apprentice

Resident Magi Tristan Daykyn of Guernicus (Quaesitor)
He visits the observatory at least once a year, but keeps his underling there year round to ensure no laws are broken. His presence has caused much fear in the Secret society of Perfugium ex Astrologus.

Companions: Sahjah - She stays at the observatory year round to make sure there are no illegal activities and no one who is not a member of the Order studies there.
